I am rejecting this response because:
The company is stating that I will not receive anymore "promotional offers". What they are sending me are CONTINUATION notices (which are clearly stated as such in bold letters), NOT promotional offers. Also, if these were promotional offers, why would they print "balance due" in RED on these notices? Clearly, the company is trying to get money many months before the subscription needs to be renewed. I feel this is a very unfair and misleading business practice and should be stopped...not just to me, but to any other subscriber. Also, in the company's response to my complaint, they state that "we often offer our customers the opportunity to take advantage of our deeply discounted renewal offers". These renewal offers are NOT deeply discounted. New subscribers get the first year for $97...which is more than 50% LESS than what I am paying. The company also states in their response that they are very transparent with their customers and that they publish the account number and expiration date on the renewal offers. Well, the print of that information is VERY small...it should stand out on the notices. Why isn't that information in red or bold letters, like the "balance due"?? Again, I feel the company is sending out these continuation notices, which they incorrectly call "promotional offers", too far in advance of the subscription end date. Plus, the fact that they print on the notices, in red and bold print, "BALANCE DUE" with an amount, is misleading to consumers and should be stopped.

our newsletters is that we often offer our customers the opportunity to take advantage of our deeply discounted renewal offers.  Our customers may select to  return the offer to renew their subscription or they can simply disregard the offer and wait until they are ready to renew their subscription.[redacted] stated that he finds our marketing strategy misleading, however, it is not Business Management Daily's intent to mislead our customers.  We are very transparent with our customers, which is one of the main reasons that we publish the customer's account number and expiration date on the renewal offers.The staff at Business Management Daily listens to our customers and we found that a vast majority of our customers are very responsive to our promotional offers and enjoy taking advantage of any discounts we may offer.Sincerely,Jo Anne C[redacted]Manager, Customer Operations
