At 11:00 Am on the 30th of November 2015. A Thug came to our door and said they were going to take away my 1995 Jeep. I said no you are not. According to the Nevada State law: Breach of the Peace is a big deal. So a hugh Breach of the Peace took place including to Police Officers Named [redacted] and [redacted] being called by the Thug. See Breach of the Peace Nevada state law!!completed without a ?breach of the peace?. Examples of a breach of the peace include the following conduct in connection with a repossession:Repossessing property over the consumer?s objection;Using or threatening to use force;Threatening arrest or other involvement by law enforcement;Those three things happened to me. The Thug broke Nevada State Law.Small Car Motors also charged me 30% interesta rip off. Kellys Blue Book says the car is worth between 800 and 1600 dollars.They sold the 1995 Jeep to me for 3100 dollars a rip off. I paid 3286 dollars to those criminals. When a bunch of stuff started happening to this Jeep they would do nothing to help me so I had to spend another 1000 Dollars to make it safe to drive on the streets of America. Small Car motors with the police officers help forced me to give them the key to my 1995 Jeep or be arrested. The Thug would not let me get my personal stuff out of the Jeep. Worth about 1000 dollars.As of now those thugs have my Jeep, $3286 paid to Small Car Motors $1000 in repairs paid by me and all of my personal stuff that was in the Jeep. Makes contract void at this point.Now you people at the Revdex.com do not realize how important the Breach of Peace is in the state of Nevada. As I said before many in our apt complex saw this unfold when the THUG showed up. Small Car Motors violated the Breach of Peace Nevada Statue. This person sold me this car and also illegally repoed ( stole It ) Small Car Motors makes their sales people go and repo cars. Also, they have many complaints over the years. Right now the address they use on their paperwork does not match thier cards or where they are actually located at. Makes contract VOid!!!Small car motors owes me almost $4000.00 which can turn into much more when the Court finds in my favor and issues me damages such as Conversion and comprehensive damages The Feds will also step in. Remember I am disabled and the court frounds on ripping a disable person off. and you should TOO!!! Then as far as my repo guy acting out of line is ridiculous . The customer and his father were very hostil towards the repo man. There was a point were the dad was trying to persuade his son to jump in the vechile and take off .
