EXCEPTIONAL business I have been a customer of SES for years, impressed with their friendly and knowledgable sales and service personnel Additionally, they seem to sell only the highest quality merchandise with many options I have NEVER written a review for any company until today Why now? Recently my very expensive X-Mark mower over-heated and the engine burned up (broken fan blade) Bad day! I called SES They were out the next day to pick up my mower AND drop off a loaner mower! The technician in charge of my mower called and told me he was working with *** as my advocate to obtain warrantee coverage to REPLACE the engine free of charge...and they did! The owner personally dropped off my mower today and it is perfect This type of business exemplifies traditional Nebraska ethos in so many ways I am so impressed, and so thankful
