Review: I have a 2007 Hyuandai Accent SE,I needed front brakes, they were dangerous to drive it (smoking) I couldnt't drive far so I drove down the road to the closest garage, and the brakes were fixed,After the issue with the brakes my ABS light & brake light went on my dash I got it home, so he said bring it back and we'll fix it, so he ordered a refurbished ABS monitor and put it in my car and when my car was ready those ligts were suppose to be OFF! So the mechanic said Oh, you're car is ok and safe to drive home. And those lights on my dash are still on and I won't pay him $300 on my bill for a ABS refurbished module that isn't any good. That module should be working, and my lights on my daSH should have been off.Im taking a chance by driving my car with the lights on and maybe ruining the car ,or playing with my life. This garage should put in another module and make sure when I leave the garage that those lights are off. know they will give me a fight and I won't pay for that mod u ule until those lights are OFF. I dont buy him telling me he wont take the time to fix it, because he doesnt have time, or doesn't know anything about ABS modules! That is no excuse for me.I need my car I go to Dialysis treatment 3 x a week, and AA meetings, & Dr. appts. and I have to have my car running great & safe to drive (+no lights on)! Please can you help me?Thank you!

The Small Town Auto told alot of what they did, but if they put parts in my car, those dash lights should be OUT! I guess I'll just pay them for the work they did when I can, right now my car dash lights are still on. I'm not really happy @ that, but if they can't do it, I guess I can't fight with them. I can't make them change a part or help me with my dash lights if they're not able to do so. I just wont deal with them any more. I just want my dash lights off. Those lights should of been off the first time he put that ABS module in my car!!!! It's not fair for me to pay anymore just because I want my lights off, It's just not fair to me as a consumer, no matter what kind of work was done, I'm not very satisfied. I want to thank you Maureen, for helping me with this, I have a feeling it's not over!!
