I sent funds to a family member of mine who is to undergo surgery on the *** of April I made this transfer on the *** of April 2017, they sent an email on the *** that they cannot complete transaction and it was cancelled by complianceI have no problem with that because at this point I just wanted a refund so I can go use Money Gram so the recipient can get money immediatelyToday is the *** day and I'm still waiting for a refund of $
They kept saying Money will get into my account on Monday, then they said Tuesday, then Wednesday and said Thursday was guaranteed but nothing yet, can you ask them to refund my money?
This business is very very dishonest, I need my money back and I have also taken legal action against them

and was not transferred until Monday of this week. A customer service representative lied to me and said the money was deposited on Friday when the receipt they sent me clearly states that it was deposited Monday afternoon. This business is dishonest and other travelers should be warned about it.

After many many days of hassle, we got a refund. You guys should not associate yourselves with a company like this, that even lies to save their skin. Many thousands of people are saying same thing as me, just Google it. It's a shame!

This was identified as a fraudulent transaction, hence was cancelled and the refund was issued under the following number:MTN [redacted] settled on 4/**Let me know if you need any further details.ThanksSuraiyya

A customer service representative lied to me and said the money was deposited on Friday when the receipt they sent me clearly states that it was deposited Monday afternoon. This business is dishonest and other travelers should be warned about it.

Review: On Wednesday, August * 2015 I attempted to send $600 from my [redacted] bank account to an [redacted] bank account. The money was removed from my [redacted] bank account immediately but as of Tuesday August ** 2015 it has yet to be deposited in the [redacted] account. I scheduled the transfer for the next day and it has been almost a week. As I am leaving this country on Friday, this is an unacceptably long time. I contacted customer service many times attempting to resolve this problem. I was told the money was transferred Friday morning but it was not available in the [redacted] account, later I received an email saying the money would be available Monday. When I checked Monday, the money was still not available. When I checked their website there is no record of my transaction and it seems my account no longer exists. It seems that there is a problem and I can't get a direct answer to where my money is.Desired Settlement: I want the $600 deposited to the [redacted] account by tomorrow, a week after it was taken from my [redacted] account, or refunded to my [redacted] account.
