Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below[redacted] statements about this sale and process could not be farther from the truthHe has stated that he and his colleagues did not engage in the sale of any firearms, however what he failed to disclose is that we have a string of text messages that clearly demonstrate that he has sold weapons without proper documentation or oversightHe also makes claims that members of the family are "crooks," yet he can offer up no examples of criminal behaviorIt should also be noted that in his own sales contracts he guarantees the seller's rights to review and access all sales receipts up to months after the close of sale, but he was unwilling to meet his own contract language requirements, for despite multiple requests for the original receipts, none were ever received by our familyWe also have multiple emails and texts that will confirm his unwillingness to honor the terms of our signed agreementThe fact that we had to fight for him to abide by the rules that his own company made should be evidence enough to determine culpability in this case [redacted] repeatedly used derogatory language regarding our family, all while failing to keep his word as a professionalHe relied on slander as an excuse for his inactivity and his lack of documentation to support his claims is laughableIn multiple instances he reversed course on the $ figure that items sold for and when he was exposed for his shifting prices, could offer up no viable reasons for the discrepancies, nor did he have appropriate receipts for the sale of any itemsTo this day, our family has not received any of the receipts from this sale we are entitled to, per the contract, save for random ones he mailed to us, so we cannot abide by his purported sales figures Regards, [redacted] ***

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [redacted] statements about this sale and process could not be farther from the truth. He has stated that he and his colleagues did not engage in the sale of any firearms, however what he failed to disclose is that we have a string of text messages that clearly demonstrate that he has sold weapons without proper documentation or oversight. He also makes claims that members of the family are "crooks," yet he can offer up no examples of criminal behavior. It should also be noted that in his own sales contracts he guarantees the seller's rights to review and access all sales receipts up to 6 months after the close of sale, but he was unwilling to meet his own contract language requirements, for despite multiple requests for the original receipts, none were ever received by our family. We also have multiple emails and texts that will confirm his unwillingness to honor the terms of our signed agreement. The fact that we had to fight for him to abide by the rules that his own company made should be evidence enough to determine culpability in this case. [redacted] repeatedly used derogatory language regarding our family, all while failing to keep his word as a professional. He relied on slander as an excuse for his inactivity and his lack of documentation to support his claims is laughable. In multiple instances he reversed course on the $ figure that items sold for and when he was exposed for his shifting prices, could offer up no viable reasons for the discrepancies, nor did he have appropriate receipts for the sale of any items. To this day, our family has not received any of the receipts from this sale we are entitled to, per the contract, save for 4 random ones he mailed to us, so we cannot abide by his purported sales figures. said we're nice were simply her artwork and pottery work. It was worthless. Poorly made and we could barely give it away. The designer handbags were found to be fake. The artwork in the house was overpriced and who knows about the authenticity. The art appraiser that reviewed the pieces for me told me they were worth one tenth of what she was trying to have me sell them for. The one piece that was sold had the sticker still on the back of it for what she paid for it. I have the photo of the art and the price tag. This ladies son in law told me his family did estate sales after our sale was complete. That was when I knew this family was going to try to take advantage of my company. The daughter and son in law are absolute crooks and the Mom is 70 plus years old so she gets a pass from me.  The son in law should have done this sale for his mother in law but he knew they were going to try to rip my company off. This is so disappointing.

My brother and I have received horrible service from Small Cost Estate Sales. The owner, Bryan, has been extremely uncommunicative from almost the beginning. We were told by him that he would have an estate sale for my parent's house the 3rd week of August. I heard nothing from him until I text him the day before the sale and asked him if the sale was on. He replied no, that they were not ready and that it would be the next weekend.

The same thing the following week, I hear nothing from him until I initiate a text to him Thursday night asking if the sale is on. He replies yes, but the sale is now Sunday and Monday. I couldn't believe he would do a sale on a Monday and asked him about it. He replied that estate sales are held any day of the week and that it didn't matter. The estate sale was not a very good one and we had tons of items left. I'll never believe that not having it on a weekend wasn't part of the problem. I believe Bryan got another estate sale that had more high end items and so he used the weekend he was going to use for my parent's sale for the better sale and just tacked my parent's sale at the end of the weekend. He never informed me of the change of date.

Bryan told me that 10 days after the sale we would have a break down of the sale and a check for what sold. The sale was 36 days ago and I still have not received a check. He also has a key to my parent's house. I have repeatedly asked him for the check and key and he says he mailed it but I still don't have it. My brother and I have left messages and texts that he doesn't respond to. This is an extremely unprofessional company and I would never recommend them.
