I'm not a typical customer of [redacted] in that I live about 2.5 hours away from his area, but just around the corner from his parents. On one of my daily walks I ran into him and mentioned that I had a porch railing that needed repair. He said on his next trip down here he would take care of it. Turns out he made a special trip down here just to fix my railing. I don't know of any contractor who would do that.
On another trip down here he installed a porch ceiling fan and a motion-detecting outside light. Each item presented some unusual problems, and [redacted] was determined to install both these items correctly, and not do any short cuts. He's very easy to work with and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend him.
