Smallwood Sanitation received a customer concern from the Revdex.com on November 17, The complaint stated that Smallwood Sanitation would not pick up the garbage at a customers residence The issue with this customer has been resolved The customer had not informed us that he had built a box for his trash, and the drivers overlooked it He states that we have not picked his trash up for a month but he did not sign up with us until two weeks prior to the complaint It states that our secretary wanted to refund the money instead of providing the service, but that was not the case The secretary was trying to refund the money for the missed trash days It was a simple misunderstanding and the problem has since been resolved.Thank you, [redacted]

In reference to the complaint [redacted] , these problems were resolvedAs I recall the only time the calls were not answered were on the weekend when our office is not openI never told the customer she was lying about not receiving a billI told her that our bills are mailed on postcards, so sometimes they are easily lostI did tell her that we bill every two months and regardless if she gets a bill, the money for the services are still dueThe customer had not paid there bill and was cut off for nonpaymentThe customer paid her bill, and the following week she was mistakenly missedI apologized to the customer and told her we would do everything we could to get her trash as soon as possibleThe following week her trash was picked up on regular schedule Thank you, [redacted]
