On 11/11/16 I funded smart armor cube on the website Indiegogo. The locks were suppose to be delivered in January 2017. I have reached out multiple times via email asking for a refund after having waited over two years for the product. I did receive an email from a “Taylor A” asking for proof of order backing which I did provide and have not heard back from her. I have also reached out to Indiegogo asking for a phone number and address for smart armor but was told I needed to reach them via email. No one from smart armor will return my emails or my request for a refund. It’s been over three years since my initial purchase and just over three years from a proposed delivery date.
