Smart Buy Auto is not a very smart choice to purchase a car fromThey lie about the financing, they put you in cars that will break down within weeks of putting you into it and they title will never comeThey don't give you temporary tags and you can never get a tag, because they never produce a title

On Feb 12/14 this customer originally booked a package of 2 cottage nights plus spa services for the nights of Feb 25 and 26, 2014. Our policy is...

to charge 50% on booking, with 50% on check-in, by credit card. The customer requested that we accept e-mail transfer for the full amount on booking. This was accommodated.
The customer called later that week to request a date change to Feb 26 and 27, 2014. This was also accommodated.
On Feb 21, 2014 an email confirmation was sent to the customer confirming booking details, noting payment in full, and reiterating policies (also provided on our website):
Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in will be refunded as above PROVIDING THE PROPERTY CAN BE RE-BOOKED. Every effort will be made to do this on your behalf. If it cannot be re-booked, full amount is payable.
On Feb 26, 2014, THE DAY OF THE RESERVATION, the customer called to advise us that he was unable to keep the reservation. Although we were not able to re-book the cottage or spa service, we agreed to allow the customer to reschedule the cottage and spa service without penalty.
On Feb 21, 2015, the customer requested a full refund because he had been unable to reschedule.
We reminded the customer of our policies, the fact that we had already offered a reschedule, and unfortunately we would not be able to provide a refund.
We feel we have gone above and beyond for this customer only to be met with threats of 'taking this matter further'.
