Hello there again, just so you know we don't rebuilt the vehicles, we have a bodyshop down in Utah that does the work for us and they have been communicated that you " [redacted] ***" has been complaining about broken tabs on the headlights and bend radiator support, we also have another dealership in SLC UTAH that has been informed about you as wellI passed all the information about what you say about us to the bodyshop that we don't know how to rebuild vehiclesLet me tell you that once the vehicle was rebuilt we drove it from UTAH to IDAHO and we did not have a check engine light or any kind of problem that you mentioned beforeIf you think we are insulting you just by answering what you claim for, how do you think we feel about you telling us we don't know how to rebuild a car ?, I will repeat this again, you HAD THE CHANCE like anybody else to take it to a third party mechanic or bodyshop, to have it FULLY inspectedIf you did not like what you saw, you shouldn't just buy it and that's it, but you bought it because you were getting a super deal on the carNow if you don't like that the repair the headlights and plastic weld broken tabs and things like that, you should just buy a Clean title vehicle and that is itThe insurance company declare a Salvage title when the repair of the vehicle is more than the value of itUnderstanding this point, in order to rebuild a car you HAVE TO USE used parts or recycle parts that can be use again in order to save money to the customersThe Bodyshop that I work with , they also work with several dealer from SLC, UT area and they repair cars in the same matters and nobody ever complaint about the work other than you !In reality people appreciate that we can save some money in their pocket and they can use that money for something elseUsually the bodyshop will help any customer request but in this case they wouldn't for you since you do not appreciate the work at allAs well I am going to repeat this again, I HAVE NOT GET ANY EMAIL OR TEXT FROM YOUNOBODY IGNORE YOUYou should just call me if you had a problem and that's it Resolution: As the car was sold "AS IS" there is a contract in the middle and so if we fix the car or install parts that the customer want to buy we will be breaking the contract, and it will be like if we sold the car with a warrantyAlso the customer REFUSED to add an extended warranty to it

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: My problem is that you guys do not really rebuild the carsyou put some body parts on them to make them look good and NO I could not see the broken brackets on the headlights from my test drive they are behind a metal bracket and completely hiddenyes the radiator support being bent was visible but NON of the other broken parts were I did not think to inspect every aspect as I was assuming that I was buying at "Rebuilt car", not a Scabbed together car I want to expose your company as a scab together dealership not a rebuilder and yes I have rebuilt a total car before and I know what it takesyou guys don'tplease don't try to insult methis car rebuild should make you think about how you rebuild your next cartry replacing the important broken parts
I emailed you and Texted you several times you chose to ignore me
Bottom line, yes I bought it, and yes I thought I was getting a good deal and Yes I signed an "as is", as it is required to buy a car Which is why
I already bought the parts I need and put it together

We are Responding to the complaint of  [redacted] that bought the Dodge Dart.
First of all we NEVER received a single call from the customer from all the calls that he claim to until now. Anyways this car was disclose that had a rebuilt reconstructed title of IDAHO, and...

that the car was in a light front collision, as we disclose in the Rebuilt Reconstructed form that parts of the vehicles with a reconstructed title are used parts or they just came off from another vehicle, all the stuff that this customer is claiming was visible like to top brackets of the headlights, as well the radiator support was dented right in the middle of the top compartment of the engine and all of the other details that may have. Rebuilt reconstructed titles are like recycled cars that some parts can be repaired and some other ones need to be replaced. That is why the customer gets a way better deal than buying a clean title car and paying the full price of it. Headlights brackets will be plastic welded in order to be used again, as well many other parts that can be saved in order to save money to the customer. EVERY each customer that comes to see and buy a car, we recommend them to take it to a shop and have it checked out by their own trusted mechanic or bodyshop. We also offer a 3 Month warranty/3000 miles for an extra cost in case something goes wrong. Warranty if optional by the customer. 
Now [redacted] traveled all the way from Utah because he knew he was getting an excellent deal as we discussed. He test drove the vehicle for a long time before committing to purchase the vehicle. He checked the vehicle by himself because he didn't want to pay the service of a shop to have it checked out. He REFUSED to add the warranty to the car and it was clearly explained to him that we were NOT going to be responsible of any type of damaged that can occur to the vehicle. He sign the Salvage Form where it explains that some parts have been replaced and some other ones refurbished and also he sign the form of buying the vehicle "AS IS, WHERE IS".
If the customer thinks we don't know how to repair a car, why he didn't buy a salvage car and repair it himself if he thinks he is that smart ?? .
 
Resolution:
As the car was sold "AS IS" there is a contract in the middle and so if we fix the car or install parts that the customer want to buy we will be breaking the contract, and it will be like if we sold the car with a warranty.
The only thing I can do is recommend him some shop that we operated with in SLC UT that will charge him cost price to replaced the parts he doesn't like from the car at his own cost.;
