When I hired Smart Choice to clean my business showroom, it didn't start out well from the beginningThe fact that no one showed up to clean the first times that they were suppose to, and that I never received a phone call of explanation, should have warned me not to go forward with Smart ChoiceLater, I received a phone call from Mary, the owner, telling me that is not how they do business and that she would make it rightUnfortunately, I have so many notes of inferior cleaning and no one getting back to me on issues since July 2018, I don't have time to list them all hereIn October, a child made a mess in our showroom, when they got into a plantIt was late Friday and Smart Choice was suppose to clean that evening, so I didn't bother to vacuum it up myselfImagine my surprise when I walk into my showroom Monday morning and the plant mess is still on the carpet! I immediately contacted Smart Choice and texted a picture of the messy carpetI was told that someone would take care of itAnother week goes by and they finally send Nadine over to take another picture, she said that the cleaner would be there that afternoonInstead, I get an e-mail from Raymond that evening stating that they would no longer be cleaning our showroom effective that daySince I had paid for one more cleaning, I called and asked when I would get a refund of my $Raymond seem to think that they did not owe me any money, but I was told to call back the following Tuesday, as their accountant is only in the office on TuesdaysTwo weeks later I finally got through to them on Tuesday, and when I ask to talk with the accountant, they put Eugenia on the phone - seems that she can help with that as well, but informs me that she will need to talk with RaymondI informed her that I had already talked with Raymond and he had told me to call the accountant! A few days later I get another phone call from Mary, stating that the cleaning crew had already been paid and that there would be no refund, at which point I finally got a little irate and reminded her that the crew had not done our last cleaning on Oct 26th, so they shouldn't have been paid for itShe said that she would get back to meA week later and I still haven't heard a wordDefinitely not impressed with this company, not sure how they are staying in business
