Smart Choice Roofing has completed two jobs for our homes. I like the way they take "before" pictures with explanations of the problems. Options were explained up front so that we were clear on the work that would be done. The work was done in a reasonable time and with no problems. After pictures were e-mailed as well.

His crew was top notch, job was done in a timely manner and area around the house was kept clean throughout the job. Outstanding customer service and communication. We live out of state and our rental house in Lawton, OK is where they did the work. We were always updated on status of the work and before and after pictures were sent same day. Every angle of pictures were sent and gave us a great feeling of the finished project since we were unable to be present. Great Company will definitely recommend.

Estimate was sent very quickly after reviewing the problem and Although they are a very busy company they were pretty quick about getting to the work and did an excellent job on the repairs. I own a home in Oklahoma but reside in Arizona. So obtaining several quotes from various roofing contractors from afar to replace my roof that had suffered severe hail and wind damage for the Oklahoma home I assumed would be stressful. Not so with Smart Choice Roofing and Construction. Although they were not the lest expensive of the estimates they were also not the most. They brought up many details I had not considered during the inspection phase. Once the agreed contract was signed, from beginning to end, they kept me informed via phone and e-mail, including progress by photos. They were professional and efficient and stuck to the agreed price. And although it had taken a couple of days longer than anticipated to complete the job, it was due to their attention to detail in materials and workmanship. I certainly can accept that. They went the extra mile. In the end, I wish they operated in Arizona as well. I would definitely use Smart Choice again and highly recommend them to others.

My husband attempted to have them come back out this fall for a new deck. Measurements were taken over the summer but we never heard back for a estimate. The company was supposed to come by 3 times for follow up but they didn't show on time and called late to let us know they wouldn't make it for the appointments. Each time my husband took off work for these appointments. It's a shame because we really liked them but they've wasted a good bit of our time and money over these last few months . We've had to go to another company.

[redacted] and his team from Smart Choice Roofing were excellent and professional throughout the entire roof repair and claims process. [redacted] took the time to explain in detail the materials to be used, the repair estimate from the insurance adjuster, and the claims process. He never once pressured me for a contract and gave me a couple of days to do my research and think it over. Once I signed the contract, [redacted] immediately went to work ordering materials and setting up start/completion dates on the calendar. The roof was done in no time (2 days). Gutters and painting a day or two later (weather delay) all before I had received my first draw. Smart Choice patiently waited for payment after repairs were completed (in fact, still waiting for final payment as I write this review) and were the only ones efficient in this entire insurance company, mortgage company, roof repair/claims process. Thank You again [redacted], You and your team were wonderful and I wish you much continued success.
Company is very professional and genuinely concerned about your problem, big or small. They came out right away and diagnosed the leak problem I had. They offered a solution and estimated cost to resolve the leak and told me exactly when they would be out to fix it. When I gave them the OK to proceed, they were fast, efficient and totally professional. I am extremely happy with the job and would recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have!
They were prompt, did excellent work, and were genuinely nice to work with. They removed the old roof and put on the new roof all within a day. We were very pleased with their work.
Alfredo and his team are very professional and did a great job replacing my roof. It started with Alfredo being willing to stand outside in 30-degree weather and explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions, and even came back later to answer any other questions from me and my fiance\'. This was my first roof replacement so I didn\'t know all of the questions I needed to ask, but he was very thorough and did not pressure me to sign with them. The job took 2 days with a team of roofers working steady, not sitting around talking or wasting time. The yard and patio looked pretty chaotic during the job, but they cleaned up every piece of trash and every nail, so I didn\'t have to worry about my dogs stepping on anything. The estimate from Smart Choice was not the least expensive, but I feel that the quality of materials and work provided, with the job overseen and inspected by the owner, was worth what we paid. I am so pleased with our beautiful roof every time I pull up to our house. I will be recommending this company for roofing jobs in Lawton, thank you Alfredo!
