On Nov 19 2019 I responded to an online ad and purchased a 3-D printing pen with an extra 12 colors. I received a confirmation of purchase from Smart City Shopping (also Super Smart Buyers), and from ***. The funds left my bank account on Nov 20. However, I never received the item. I filed a complaint through ***, and they are working on it. However, I can get no response from the company itself, though I have left messages.
