Mrs*** *** filed a complain on 12/6/I attempted to reply about weeks ago, but have received two letters on the case saying I have not responded, so I am submitting againAfter a series of email communcation with Mrs***, we refunded her in full ($31.80) for her order for
pairs of compression socksShe requested a refund because her order did not get shipped on timeHowever, we also sent her two pairs of socks as a token of appreciation for waiting during the delayThis shipment was confirmed delivered by *** on Dec16, (tracking #***)

Ms. [redacted] filed a complaint stating she never received her order from us. The complaint was filed on 2/19/18, and her order was placed just a week before on 2/12/18. We had received an email from Ms. [redacted] requesting a refund, which we processed for her right away. We are not sure why she filed this...

complaint - we feel we fulfilled her requests in a timely manner.
