worse auto dealer around. took advantage of a kid buying his first car. took all his money plus got him a loan for the rest. problem check engine light on, brake light on, as jeff would say its lights up like a Christmas tree, and he thinks that's funny. well not funny ,jeff also told the child that he was going to fix everything but keep putting him off every time he took the truck back to him. Jeff is a two face lier, PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF SMART DOLLAR AUTO . All he cares about is taking your money.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from smart dollar Auto my card was charged twice for $2700 I called spoke with the owner he said he was aware that he would have them put the money back on to my car or give me cash. It's been two weeks he hasn't returned a call,and now there saying he's going on vacation. Im currently having to pay the bank the money back plus over draft fees for a mistake smart dollar Auto madeDesired Settlement: Smart dollar Auto should train employee's on how to correctly work credit card machines so customers aren't billed twice and the owner should be able to contact customer's in a timely manner when problems are addressed, their acknowledge but avoided for weeks and no calls are returned
