Prior to the closure of your accounts, it was determined the Disability Insurance payment for your loan does not come into the savings or checking account, but directly to the loan. None of your disability insurance payments will be delayed due the closure of your
accounts.
With regards to your other issue, we are closing your accounts due to the charged off account. You currently owe the credit union $640.22. Every effort has been made to try and work with you for payments to this balance. This is the 2nd complaint to the Revdex.com. You have also complained to the Texas Credit Union times. Each time you have accused us of something different. Going forward, if you require any further correspondence, it will be from our attorneys

I will honor the agreement to repay the $owed to us. You have not attempted to make any payments to the balance. If you wish to pay it off, you can begin making $a month payments by or in the branch towards the balance owed. I have never taken the agreement for the $per month off the table. We cannot take the payments from your accounts and apply to the charged off amount. As it has been explained, our system will not allow it. If the computer system would do it, we would have. Please make the payments when you can during the month

2. Make consistent payments of a minimum of $30.00 per month.  By law, the [redacted] rules, we are required to charge off an account at 60 days of overdraft.  **. [redacted] will need to make those payments directly to the branch or she may call the call center and have the representative transfer the funds for her to the charged off account.
3.  If **. [redacted] rejects the above options, we will give her 30 days to move her direct deposit and we will have no choice but to close her accounts.  Our Bylaws do not allow membership if we have suffered a financial loss.

In response to complaint #10327104.  **. [redacted] also recently filed a complaint with the [redacted] regarding her overdrawn account that was charged off in June 2014.  Please find the attached letter to the [redacted] sent by our VP of Risk...
