My wife set up an account with [redacted] in Feb in hopes of finding a plumber 2/23/Adam, Drip Drop, came to the house at [redacted] **to give us an estimate on repair of a slow drain, a drain fly issue, water leak, toilet repairHe attempted to scope the drain with the leak/slow drain but was unable A few days later, Adam and his cousin came back, scoped the line and informed us that it was one break in the discharge drain line from the tub under the floor 2/28/Adam came back, we paid $deposit by check, He busted the the floor concrete and repaired installed new pipeAdam stated that the line was scooped again and no other breaks were foundThe water leak was repairedHe stated that it would cost $1,extra for a solution to the bugsHe stated that the bugs would be gone within days or he would refund half of the $He stated that would it take treatments, one to two weeks apart to do it 3/2/2018, Adam set the concret

We had a special project that needed to be done quickly They came quickly, did a good job, and for a reasonable price We will most certainly be keeping them on speed dial for our plumbing needs

I took my iPad to Smart Fix at Polaris Mall to have it repairedThe glass was fracturedI paid $It was ready the next dayLater that day I discovered that the left bottom corner was not properly attached and raised up as well as loose from the corner up in both directionsI took it back and glue was put in that corner while I was thereThe same day it was not attachedI took it back and left it for repairI called days later since I had not been contacted and was told it was ready and that they had not called because they were busyI picked it up and the next day it was not attached againI called that eveningThe person argued that they could order another replacement but I would have to pay for itI said that I believed the replacement was bent and that was why it kept coming apart after being reglued twice

Did a great job with everything at my houseSeemed to be very knowledgeable when it come to what they were doingI’ll definitely be calling them back in the future
