Review: This vendor promotes on its website and numerous Google banners that their "trading robot" for Foreign Exchange Trading (aka Forex) as an award winning money making product. They repeatedly promoted directly to me and indirectly on their website and many advertising platforms such as Google that their product generates money and is the best in the business. I tried the said product for $195 for the past 3 weeks and product is flawed, doesn't operate most of the time and when it does it loses money. Complete opposite of what is promised and advertised. When I complained to the merchant, many times I must say, they keep telling me to wait 60 days and come back and let them know then how the product is doing then. My response is the product doesn't work for 3 weeks now and it's losing so much money now that I won't have enough money to last me the 60 days they're asking me to wait. All they're trying to do is stall thus avoiding my ability to dispute their charge.Desired Settlement: I'm simply asking for a refund for this "non tangible" product.
