Failure to honor agreement to refund as promised In Mid-December, I stopped in to see what this new gym had to offer compared to my current one After informing the representative that I already belonged to a gym, he encourage me to sign up prior to their opening to get a special rate in case I decided to change gyms I was informed by them that I would be able to cancel as long as it was within a week of my first visit to gym I was then asked to sign agreeing to the monthly price, and was informed that the contract doesn't go into effect until my first visit since the gym was still under construction and not open My first visit was 2/16/of which was a scheduled appointment After waiting well over my appointment time, I observed the classes and found this isnt the gym for me I expressed my concern continued to wait still waiting to be greeted for my appointment Due to the long wait, I asked them to call me to further discuss I was informed, in order to cancel I have

I received an email yesterday saying the money would be refunded, my membership was, then I received a voicemail this morning saying my husband's account was not located and they could not refund the money or end the membership because they cannot find the membership! This gym has exceeded my expectations.. The XGT program has changed the way that I feel about working out. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for a great place to workout.

We apologize for this incident not being handled in a timely manner.  The employee mentioned is no longer with us.  We attempted to contact customer with a formal apology.

Our records indicate that this customer was called regarding Revdex.com complaint.  Consumer gave 30 day notice on 06/27/2014.  Her membership was cancelled as scheduled on 07/27/2014.
