I tryed there trail period, and I found no where it said it would charge me 94.90 2 weeks later.
My account is over drafted now and I xant even get a person on the phone to tell me what is going on. I'm working with my bank because I did not atherrize this transaction
I wish this company would refund my 94.90 back

Fraudulent business practices, in which they claim "free trials," but then charge an exorbitant amount for products that do not work.
On June 8, 2020, I ordered one "free" trial bottle each of Premium Ketogenic Blend and Mango Cleanse for $4.95 and $5.95 from Vital Synergy Keto Health, Inc., in Westminster, CA 92683 (according to the address on the bottles, anyway!). The products on the order confirmation are listed as:

These products were charged to me and shipped on June 10, 2020 and delivered on June 12, 2020. They were not delivered within (3) days from the date of order, as noted in some other complaints, and NOTHING was noted on the web site from which I ordered that you had to cancel within (14) days or the full price of the bottles would be charged to my credit card. (The web site now is different than the one I ordered from initially.) Charges of $85.90 and $94.90 were then charged to my credit card on June 25, 2020, just (15) days after the initial charges (so they did not even wait for the 3 shipping days!). These charges were never stipulated online, nor in the order confirmations, nor were they noted in with the products themselves when I finally received them. Of course, I never knew of these charges until I received my bank statement a couple of weeks ago. Since that time, I've been working with my bank to resolve these charges, with no success.
This is a fraudulent business practice which gives legitimate businesses a bad name! I respectfully request that a refund in the amount of $180.80 be made immediately to my bank account and that better "advertising" be implemented to make people aware of what they are actually "buying" from this company.
I am requesting a full refund of the additional charges in the amount of $180.80.

This customer is not affiliated with us. We attempted to search her across all database and she does not come up.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The business may have changed its name and location? When I did a search for Vital Synergy Keto on Revdex.com when submitting the complaint, which is the domain name used on the order confirmation, the company in question is what popped up on the Revdex.com site.
The address on the Premium Ketogenic Blend and Mango Cleanse product bottles says:

I ordered 2 small bottles of Keto and Detox and I paid about 14 dollars for 2 bottles:one of each. I was not aware of any other costs and within the next 10 days I was billed on my Hunnington debit card 5/11/2020 YOUTHFULBODYPOWERDETOX 89.82 AND YOUTHFULBODYPOWER-KETO 89.84 AND I did not receive any more products for these unauthorized amounts. This is a faulty company pilfering on innocent customers and the aged to make money off products which do not work, even though they claim they do. I am retired and never would have paid these amounts for any such products.

I paid for what they call a test or sample. i called the company and talked to loud and they hung up on me. I also have a disput on having to pay for products I did not order. When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Number One Nutra Keto and Number One Nutra Detox, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 04/24/2020 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84 and $6.82. Your trial ended on 05/10/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We went ahead and cancel your account as of today 06/22/2020. Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $89.82 and $89.84.
Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

We have cancelled your account through contacting our Customer Support on 05/07/2020 and refunded you back $60.00 for each of the products. Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further shipments.
Since we do not normally do this, as a ONE TIME COURTESY, we went ahead and process additional refund of $29.84 and $29.82.
