I just want to say that SMART HOME SOLUTIONS and employees have been very helpful through out the process of my project for roof, solar and hvac systemI was looking for months making appointments with different companies and the presentation the representative for smart home solutions had was just professionalvery good customer service skillsI understand people have bad experiences but cant please everybody, but I had an excellent one and highly recommend them

I understand people have bad experiences but cant please everybody, but I had an excellent one and highly recommend them.

We were so excited to start the project and to go green! Our objectives were to go more friendly with the environment and to reduce the water usage and the electricity. We decided to do insulation and adding turf to our backyard. the deadlines were not met but we were still not mad since all we wanted was for the project to be done properly. Everything they promised was not fulfilled. The insulation didn't work and the electricity bill is not going down.
With the turf, they removed the sprinklers system, they blocked pipes they were not supposed to, created a big mess and damage on my house that left us without water for days. We ended up spending more money because of their mistakes.
Smart Home Solutions subcontracts workers that are not professional and that do cheap work. We are totally NOT HAPPY OR SATISFIED with the work. They are REALLY EXPENSIVE and their quality of work really leaves a lot to be desired.
It's been a year now and the nightmare continues. They never solved anything, they don't reply to messages and simply disappeared hoping we don't contact them so that they can get away with everything. We DON'T recommend them at all.
Smart Home Solutions is the worst. Scammers!
