Sam F. introduced himself as a representative for Safe Security when he solicited my home in 2018. ADT was my security provider at the time. Sam explained that he could provide me with a new system, lower cost. His technician, Junior, installed cameras, an interior smoke alarm, & motion detector. Not all equipment was working together so Junior was going to return to fix the problem. He never did. The equipment was paid for in full after that, I started paying a monthly fee of $63/month for his monitoring service.

There has been no communication (written or otherwise) from Safe Harbor or Sam F. since then. There have been problems with the cameras not always recording. And on Dec 25, 2019, the smoke alarm went off but no one called, came & no voice monitoring. I was unable to reach Sam because his mailbox was full. An email from him directed us to call a company that I was unfamiliar with. After numerous phone calls to two "new companies", I found out that the monitoring service was not working, & a technician verified that the equipment sold to me was not compatible with my thermostat.

I'm told that I will have to replace my recently purchased equipment to the tune of close to $1000. Until Feb 2020, I was still paying $63/month for a service that was not working. And Smart Home Technologies (aka Samuel F., Alarm Services LLC) was negligent in providing the right equipment or services from the very beginning.
