I purchased a hoverboard from Smart-Hoverboard.com, upon receiving the product, we noticed that one of the wheels was rubbing and locking up, which caused my daughter to fall to the ground and sustain deep cuts and scratches on her knees and hands, I inspected the hoverboard, I could see that the wheel shaft was moving in and out causing the wheel to lock up and become inoperable.
I sent three emails before Smart-Hoverboard replied simply with "Can you take short video to show the problem'" to date I have sent three videos and several more emails asking for feedback and answers but have not received any communications.

At this point, I would either want a full refund, first I wanted a replacement but I do not want to deal with this frustrating situation once the next hoverboard arrives and does the same. Full refund would be the solution and maybe they need to revise their warranty policy and provide a better ay to contact them, as you will see, the only address I could provide is that of paypal, the distributor, Smart Hoverboard seems to want to keep their contact information unknown, no wonder why!!!
