Dr *** called me, apologised for how this was going and asked me to send him my copy of the email Smartmouth sent me confirming I have small pins on the lower jaw included in my agreement for "Dentures"
I told him I would do this, he said he would take this item to the
payment department in an attempt to get me my $back
He told me he would try and help me get this sorted out, I thanked himHe is emailing me an email that I am to use as the email address to forward a copy of the email I requested and Smartmouth complied stating more details to my receipt which just said, "Dentures" when originally purchased
