Smart Moving, Inc.

We used Smart Moving this month to move from Indiana through All State Van Relocation. They arrive on June 31st with an estimated arrival date in Atlanta between July 5-12th. The lead mover said he could adjust our deliver time from the above time frame to July 1st because he would be passing through Atlanta to Florida. During the packing process we learned that they did not have enough room on their trucks for all our belongings. They or All State had underestimated the space we would need. Thus we had to leave a large amount of our belongings.

In hopes of getting our things sooner we rearranged our travel plans and drove overnight from Indiana to Goergia to meet the movers. They never arrived. We called their cell phones, no answers. We had to call All State Vans to hear that would actually not be receiving our things until July 5-8. The lead mover did not have the decency to even inform us that he changed his plans and went back on his word to deliver the things early.

We ended up waiting until the 8th to only recieve half of the boxes. On that day they had increased our balance to include the actually amount and wanted full payment for half of our property!!! We refused. We waited another two days for the remaining property. With all of our stuff at our new home, things remained missing, damage, and broken. We are completely devistated. With all that has gone on they have refused to reimburse of for damaged property, stress, and thier errors on delivery! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!
