I have purchased a car from dealership, it was financed by Capital One bank Dealer made me sign a lot of documents and on of them was Smart Payment Plan which was dividing my monthly payments in 2, which was explained by the dealer What he failed to explain is that I will be saving $in interest payments on my loan and pay for this $ In short, I am paying $to save $ This is not a beneficial arrangement for the consumer Dealer "AP Fairfax" and "Smart Payment Plan" have some sort of arrangement where they split fees collected from consumers, which is not disclosed to consumer In high-pressure environment at dealership, they will make you sign documents without explaining all the benefits and try to rip you off Please investigate Smart Payment Plan business practices and AP Fairfax business practices

We have three cars set up from Toyota finance with Smart Payment plan For a year we kept getting a $charge added on to two accounts and saying we were past due It somehow got off schedule and was set up to be paid a few days late each month even though it was coming out of our account timely It took us multiple calls and hours and hours of reconciling on the phone to get the late notices to stop Now it has started all over again but they are saying they did not even receive our payments at all even though nothing has changed on our end and they are still taking out of our account bi weekly I feel we are being over charged and their accounting practices are awful and should be illegal The amount of time we have spent trying to reconcile these payments is ridiculous

I have been using Smart Payment Plan since June of I have had no issues with them until todayI called in September and asked where a couple of extra payments have gone and the gal I spoke with said she would send me transaction historyI noticed there had been payments not delivered to Wells Fargo, but decided to wait to ask about it- thinking maybe they apply them all at the end of the year or somethingI called yesterday and spoke with *** She said I had accelerated payments to Wells and I said I believe there should be 5, so could she send me my transaction history againI called back today and oddly enough got *** againShe said that the first payments that were extra went towards the $fee for enrolling in their servicesI had not once been talked to about an enrollment feeI asked to speak with a managerI was connected to ***, who stated she was a manager*** proceeded to talk over me when I asked a question and repeated the same sentenc

I paid for this service ($400) which the company falsely claims is “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” I enrolled in their payment plan program and was never told about the fees associated with this serviceI called and complained and the representative would not return my moneyIt is advertisement to claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee, to not tell customers about additional fees, and to lie to the customerMy last statement I’m referring to when I last called I told the representative I would never have engaged if they disclosed the feesI told them my bank will for free pay any loan I setupThe representative lied stating that my bank would not apply biweekly payments toward my bill like they would for the companyI actually called my mortgage and car loan at the time and they told me that was definitely a lieThe company claiming to offer satisfaction guaranteed and that lied should refund my moneyI just decided to file this complaint realizing I was lied to again when th
