The matter of this peeling is being dealt with This season we have had enormous rain totals which to date has cut our production season in half This claim is registered and will be inspected and repaired The warranty states….."SPCS must have a
reasonable opportunity to inspect the property for defects before repairs are begunIf your *** *** *** products contains defects caused by manufacturing , SPCS will provide material and labor to restore the defective portion within the guidelines as set forth in this WARRANTY. “ We have -crews out every day trying to catch upInspection will occur shortly and we will do as we promised in the warranty

Firstly, it is a common and acceptable practice to have multiple web sites or addresses/ They all ultimately went to the same spot I have no idea what she is referring to in ** ** ***etc ** *** idea of costs to repair a roof are at retail and then someI hope we can come to some kind of reasonable settlement in this Upon seeing her misinformation I am going to hand this to a third party for some sort of help in dealing with this without litigation

still don't have my refundOn 12/it was any day now then within the next 7/days it's now 1/9/and I still haven't seen any money backI gave them a deposit on 9/out of my pocket and I'm just a home owner, they are a businessI've been very patient and held off complaining but now I just want my refund

With out any admissions we did make a full refund on 11/ In trying to expidite this projecct to accomodate some homeowner needs we used a couple diffferent crews that caused confusion and some workmanship which is less than acceeptableWe will do what is necessary to
return the property to its original state

Our warranty stands and the home owner is being serviced Rain has been a real issue as any knows who works out side this tear Repair will be completed before months end We appolgize for any stress this may have caused The problem is NOT paint failure but decaying wood

I am rejecting this response because:I am not asking for reimbursement to have the roof repaired at retail priceWhat I am asking for is to have the roof repaired to its original state by a licensed and insured reputable contractorThe quote that I received for $was from a licensed and insured roofer and detailed the scope of work needed to repair the areas damaged by SPCSJim B*** arranged for another roofing contractor that he wanted to provide a second quote but then both he and his roofer fell silent on the issue Similar to the situation where Jim had arranged for the lead cleanup to be done by a third-party and that also fell through and never happenedIf Jim was serious about rectifying the problems he should have at least been trying to stay in contact with me since then but he has not even attempted to call or text or email me outside of this Revdex.com complaint response zero corrective action has been Completed by SPCS or their third-party companiesWe would like to settle out court but will follow though with a lawsuit if that’s what it takes to cover the cost of hiring another contractor to repair the damages

Weather closed in.  Prep and carpentry  took a lot longer than anticipated at additional cost to us which we absorbed. Customer at this time has all his deposit back. We are off the job. We are no longer sub contracting installations.

While this project has dragged we have done much work beyond the original scope of work.  The siding was worse than anything we have tackled to date.  The roof sub layer was rotten and the porch repair was far more complicated to a point that made it unsafe.  Thus with the agreement...

of the property owner we knocked down the  second and third  floor front porches, closed up the door to each floor and build a new roof on the remaining front porch.A piece of flashing remains to be installed and the final painting to be done.  It is scheduled for the second week of October.  Thank you,Jim B[redacted]

We have funding coming after a very poor year and a large receivable. I have offered to stipulate to a judgement as there is no issue the refund is coming  soon.
