The accessories the we sell come with a day warranty period. This warranty is included on the batteries that we sell. The batteries that we sell are new and customers get to see them at the time of purchase. If there was any physical defect at the time of purchase, the customer
would have seen it before it was purchased. If any defect should arise during the warranty period, the customer's accessory can be replaced (given that the accessory purchased is free of any physical damage) If a customer comes in simply to purchase a battery, the sales representative will sell them a battery However, if the customer comes in later with a totally different issue, we cannot exchange the accessory because the accessory is not the reason for the device not working. In conclusion, we will gladly exchange any defective accessories purchased at our location with proof of purchase
