Review: On 1/27/2016, I signed a contract with Smart Renovation Group inc to do some insulation work on my house. Work was partially completed on 2/6/2016 and I paid a total of $10,775 to SRG. After they left my home I found that they did not finish the job. A wall in my bed room where they had removed a thermostat had not been finished (wall needed to be sanded and painted). I called SRG and was told that they would fix the wall and help me find new registers. I talked to a [redacted] at the company about the problem in February and he or the company has not contacted me to repair the problem since then. I have called every week with no response =. I had SRG do the work because I am not able to do because I am partially disabled.Desired Settlement: All I want SRG to do is call me and finish the job.
