SCAMMERS... and you have to give them at least a 1 star rating to submit a review. They deserve a ZERO stars rating. I noticed a charge of $59.03 on my bank statement from SMRT-REWARDS.com. I called the # listed on the charge and the first time was told their system was down but they would call me back as soon as possible. NO ONE CALLED. I called back the next week and the person told me they could not tell me anything about the charge except that I must have "opted in" with a purchase I made. NO SIR. I asked for my money to be refunded and was told that they would have to keep $19.03 but the rest would be returned. NO SIR, I did not ask for this and I want all of my money returned. So after getting approval from a "supervisor" they would return all my money. SCAMMERS
