After a few months of having a RealDealDocs.com subscription, I decided to cancel my subscription I attempted to call twice but could not get anyone on the lineThere was an opportunity to leave a message but I found that to be odd for such a company I instead sent an email to sales and support to cancel my subscription and possibly receive a refund for service that I paid for the month of January This is the nasty and rude response that I received for [redacted] Director, Client Services after I simply asked for my subscription to be canceled: Hello Ms._________, I was surprised to read that as fo 11:33a.m., you had spent several hours trying to reach our company yet there is no record of a telephone call from you - even callers who hang up without leaving a message will have their information captured in our electronic telephone system Additionally, this email to which I am responding, is the only email I am able to locate I have cancelled your account and you will not be billed gain; you will have access to your account until 2/1/2015, reflecting the period for which you paidOur records indicate that you voluntarily enrolled for a monthly recurring membership to RealDealDocs on 10/1/ All clients must agree to the terms of use in order to use the product If a client does not agree to the terms, the enrollment is halted - immediately Additionally, you agreed to our refund policy: RealDealDocs does not issue refunds or credits for any reasonAs such, a refund will not be issued I have attached the terms of use for your review, however, please know said terms were presented as a live link prior to completing the enrollment process, and said terms are always available on our website at www.realdealdocs.com Best regards, [redacted] Director, Client Services As corporate counsel, I would rather use a much better service than Real Deal Docs

I instead sent an email to sales and support to cancel my subscription and possibly receive a refund for service that I paid for the month of January. This is the nasty and rude response that I received for [redacted] Director, Client Services after I simply asked for my subscription to be canceled:

Hello Ms._________,

As corporate counsel, I would rather use a much better service than Real Deal Docs.
