Review: On 11/14/2013 I requested and paid $100. to have an [redacted] unlocked. I had purchased the phone for my son's birthday, which was 11/22. Numerous text messages were exchanged as my son's birthday was approaching and the phone was not unlocked, despite numerous assurances that it would unlocked. Finally on 11/29 I was advised the shop was working to cancel my order from the wholesaler to cancel the order and refund my money. On 11/30, I was notified that the order would be canceled and I would be refunded on the following Monday. I filed a claim with [redacted] requesting a refund. The company advised [redacted] the service was delivered, and because it was a "digital" service, [redacted] was unable to investigate and closed the claim. After several text messages the shop advised I would get my refund on Monday 12/02. He went on to blame the phone, saying it was a problem with the phone. On 12/02, I again contacted the shop by text. I was again told they were waiting for the wholesaler to cancel order. Text messages I sent on 12/03, 12/04 and 12/05 went unanswered. I have since gotten the phone unlocked from a different source. I expect a refund. Advertisements for the company indicates 100% guaranteed!Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund for the full amount paid.

Review: on 10\22\2015 I purchased an att iphone unlock service for 15 dollars the seller could not provide the service and therefor recomended the premium special for an additional 60 dollars. The seller could not provide the premium unlock service in the time stated so I requested the order be cancelled. order 3041 The order wa cancelled and I was told I would receive a full refund on 74 dollars, as of this date of complaint submissioin I have not received the refund. I have all the emails stating I would receive a refund. I have contacted the company via their website chat and via email and got two responses from the website chat stating the refund was in progress and I have still not received a refund. emails were not answeredDesired Settlement: 74 dollars refund
