I will be issuing a refund. Please advise customer to never use our service again. You can't imagine the amount of passengers that miss their flight and try to come up on a free ride. Our company is much better off without this type of customer. She failed to update us, furthermore her original flight landed delayed, it was never cancelled. We have been around many years and have thousands of satisfied customers.
