This is a situation where we enforce policy there were several misrepresentations in her response She made a bold assumption that an employee’s paycheck would be negatively affected due to her not telling me that I notice was given which does not happen and is not a business practice. Furthermore in...

the documents that this particular individual signed it is very clear they are to give a written notice. In fact I have always helped them out and when they needed to start care we help them get in faster than normal because I respect them the [redacted] of the child here I gave a job when she was in high school because I respected this family so I actually find it disappointing that because we enforce our policy this individual decided to belittle and put down someone who is always been super kind of them. Unfortunately as a business sometimes the decisions that Are made don’t make everybody happy in every situation in this particular situation the enforcement of policy apparently has upset this client and her [redacted] and for that I’m very sorry just unfortunately sometimes that happens.
