Smart Start Driving School

I have been trying to get drivers lessons with this company for many months. They only give you limited times to call on certain days and even then don't answer their phones. I leave messages and they don't respond. The only way I've been able to contact them is by email and then when I get a lesson she either emails me back and says someone else already gave it away or the lessons are 2 to 3 weeks away. I need to get my license and they never have available times. They refuse to give me my money back for the unused lessons so that I can go somewhere else. I am not the only one that has faced this problem. most people I talk to that also use this driving school have the same problem.
