situation  to the customer and cooperate with [redacted] in terms of scheduling the appointment as earlier as possible but [redacted] was cursing our tech and did not let say anything as soon as he heard that nobody can cam at the same day. We really concern about our customers and always cooperate with them, but this situation was at the day when no one could be at the customer's house at the same day he received the part.
