We received your letters regarding the above-referenced case, arising...

from Ms. [redacted]'s visit to our salon on or before January 30, 2016. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. In the future, please note that the SmartStyle Family Hair salons are all owned and managed by the Regis Corporation, and Revdex.com complaints should be forwarded to the Revdex.com of Minnesota/Wisconsin, in order that they may be responded to in a timely manner by the Corporate Office.
Ms. [redacted] alleges in her original complaint to the Revdex.com that at one of her services at our SmartStyle salon between September 2015 and January 2016, rather than providing a styling service as documented by the stylist and charged in the salon register, our stylist, [redacted] "sneakily and underhandedly without my knowledge" put a "relaxing product in my hair."
Regis Corporation takes all guest complaints very seriously and thoroughly investigates any issues. We have examined our guest database to retrieve a history of Ms. [redacted]'s services with us, and the associated charges. We have discussed the visits and services provided with the stylist in question, Jada, and we have discussed the guest's original complaint to our salon manager in May 2016 with that manager. We have conducted a very thorough review of our documentation, procedures and staff recollections, yet cannot find any indication that we applied any chemicals to Ms. [redacted]'s hair at any time or violated and abused this guest in any way. A record of services provided is attached.
Our stylist, [redacted] does recall that at Ms. [redacted]'s final visit to her in January 2016, she noticed and commented on some hair breakage she observed at the nape of the guest's neck and that Ms. [redacted] replied that she was aware of that breakage. There was no more discussion of the issue. Ms. [redacted] also visited another of our SmartStyle salon locations on March 11, 2016, also in Hammond, IN, for an identical style service and no note of damage or complaint from that service has been registered with Regis.
Due to our investigation, we have concluded that we are not responsible for any chemicals applied to Ms. [redacted]'s hair or any damage she is currently experiencing. We are therefore denying her request for "financial compensation for all that I had to go through." We find no grounds that Ms. [redacted] was, "totally violated and abused by this stylist" and do consider this matter closed.
Thank you again for bringing this complaint to our attention. We do apologize that Ms. [redacted] is unhappy with the service she received from SmartStyle.

Let me say this again I was totally violated and abused by this stylist and Regis Corporation. The breakage was at the nape of my neck has nothing to do with the chemical that was applied to my hair underhandedly by [redacted] My HAIR HAD A CHEMICAL IN IT.
Regis is just trying to sweep this case of abuse under the rug. This case is not going away any time soon. My hair was breaking because of the Chemical that she underhandedly applied to my hair. On my last visit to this salon I was not aware of what she had done. It was later on that I discovered what had happened. This sort of action shows just how sick some of Resis Stylist are. I do not understand how this corporation can allow such sick behavior to take place in their salon. Again this is not over and I will not go away any time soon. That stylist used deception to abuse me and break my hair off. Yes, I want her fired and financial compensation for her abusing me. Regis is responsible. Just remember deception is a for of Witchcraft and you need to screen your stylist more closely. In fact when was the last time a corporate member visited any of the salons? When was the last time a survey of past or current customers conducted. I totally disagree with the conclusion of this case.
God said, do not touch my anointed and do my Prophet not harm. For the wages of sin is death and the gift of God is eternal life. Just remember God has a place for under cover witches in [redacted].
