Writing in reference to case number 12675617...After speaking, once again, with Smartstyle customer service they resolved my complaint with a refund...I must note, though, I spend much time trying to get this resolved...I appreciate the Revdex.com for wanting to help and I am sure you would have accomplished this for me, in the event I could not...I was hoping I could resolve this without having to inconvenience you...Nevertheless, I appreciate knowing you are there to help....Thank you once again for your time in responding...Thank you again Sharon Lynne ***

I got a hair cut at the SmartStyle yesterday in Sparks NV in the [redacted] Store and when I went to pay for the cut the girl had all my Bank information. Without my consent and Charged it to my debit card without ever seeing my card. I was going to use my Gift Card that I got at my work. This is a very bad way to do business. I am not happy with this way of doing Business.Product_Or_Service: HaircutDesired SettlementI want is practice Stopped.Or ask of consumers consent before using this method again.
