On Feb 16 2020 I arranged an appointment with Trish the Salon Manager at Smart Styles to have my hair colored blonde on top and purple at the bottom . I had spoke with her through private messaging making sure she could preform the technique , and also see if she could fit me into to her schedule . I sent pictures of ideas that I wanted and she said it would be no problem . I arrived for my appointment on 2/16 and Trish and I went over different styles and colors , and the costs . I agreed to having the top of my hair , which is naturally blonde done with a toner and the lower half done in fantasy purple . I also disclosed to Trish that I had not colored my hair at all . Trish toned the top , and colored the bottom and I loved it . She gave me the instructions on how to take care of it , what shampoo to use and to only wash it once a week . The same day after visiting her , she asked me to leave a good review . The whole thing costs 168.00 . A week later , after my first wash , my entire shower turned purple ! Trish said that this could happen and not to worry . I literally bought expensive shampoo , dry shampoo , and only washed my hair once a week . In 2 weeks , my purple faded out . I had a lovely shade of green at 3 weeks ! I messaged Trish and told her what had happened . She then disclosed to me that she used temporary color in my hair , because she was concerned I may not like it ! I was enraged ! Not once in the 3 hours on 2/16 did she disclose to me that she used temporary color ! Trish explained to me that she did not want to burn the bridge with me , she values all of her customers and she couldn't figure out why it had washed out so fast . I arranged another appointment 3 weeks later with her to have it done permanently , I asked her about cost and she said it would be another 75.00 . I absolutely refused to come back ! I thought I paid for permanent the first time ! Trish explained that I should have came back the first week it happened !
