Complaint #[redacted]Customer contacted Smart Support Connect on 06/**/2017 for her Face book Account she requested it to be de-activated and in order to de-activate a [redacted] account customer was informed it will take 14 Days as per [redacted] policy and she is not supposed to login during that...

period.Payment was charged for $59.00 USD however payment was not settled as we were waiting for the 14 Days to be completed as we settle payment only once the Issue is resolved. PFA the Charged receipt.Our technician tried contacting the customer however she did not respond to our message or calls.In between those 14 days if customer logged in and checked her account then there is nothing that can be done to de-activate the [redacted] account. Customer did not wait for the 14 days to be completed.Since we never settled the payment there is no option to refund but we have voided the charge and attached is the Void receipt.Any further Concern customer might have we are available 24*7.
