Smart Tan Salon

This customer has apparently had a very bad experience attempting to spray tan in our West Warwick RI SalonUnfortunately the spray tan machine chose to "act up" and become disabled upon her visitEquipment failure is not something anyone can predictTherefore, I don't feel that this part of her
complaint is unfortunate and inconsequentialIn a case like hers, where the equipment fails , our strong and never wavering policy is to return the customers money by giving them a free visitOf course, if the customer did not get the requested service, they deserve and have every right to their money backif the customer, indeed , did not receive a refund that we apologize for the apparent misunderstandingA misunderstanding , such as , thru researching this case, it has been determined that the customer has a credit for one spray tan in her accountThe salon staffer working that day must have misunderstood the request for a credit in the form of a refund money vs credit of one free visitWe are anxious to right this wrong by providing her a cash refund immediately upon her requestWe are sorry for the bad experience she has had and we'd like to offer her a free visit on top of the cash refund so that she can experience what we, like to think is star service
