Have had last two years of state tax return incorrectly filedHave had last two years of state tax return incorrectly filed causing undo hard ache and crucial time taking to resolve this issue. Have had to call the state of NY to find out information about what caused the return to be incorrect and come to find out both 2013 and 2014 NY state tax were filed incorrectly. The attention to detail and working knowledge of there employees at the Sanford NC office were subpar. This issue has been ongoing now for 5 months and still have not received any refund check. The employees at Sanford NC office stated that we would only get half back and come to find out that we get all the tax back. Then when they filed our admendment they filed that incorrectly as well which delayed our process even more. I am extremely discussded with the service of this organization. Desired SettlementFinish our admendment and refund both 2013 and 2014 tax return filing charges.

Jackson Hewitt completed my IRS and NC State forms on 01/24/2014, e-file it and I have not heard from them..I received the state refund and the money went to Jackson Hewitt. I have gone to IRS,twice, inquiring about my refund, they keep telling me that Jackson Hewitt did not turn in the papers so I can received my refund. I went to Jackson Hewitt last week on 05/12/2014 and the New Bern office was closed. I am a senior citizen, my income is fixed and I need my refund from the Federal so I can pay some overdue bill. I have tried to find out the reason way my refund have not arrived.
