We take pride in our customers' experiences being nothing short of pleasurable from start to finist is stated on our website that after an order is placed, we do require business days to execute and ship out the orderThis particular customer placed a *** claim in less than two weeks from the date of purchase. By default due to fraudulent internet purchases, standard protocol by *** and credit card companies is to verify the purchaser's address and identityThis will delay any release of shipment until shipping address customer identity is verifiedIf an order is custom or cannot be fulfilled in a time frame other than what's expected, the customer is notifiedThis customer mentions a scenario of us providing an invalid tracking number by printing out a label and not sending it off to a carrier. This accusation is completely fictitious. Our Company would not have thousands of satisfied customers if this had any truthAll of our telephone conversations are recorded for quality assurance and the accusation in question has been reviewed and was determined to be completely falseThe accusations made against one of our representatives is incomprehensible and strictly hearsay and should in no way cripple the reliable reputation that we have built from years of exceptional customer serviceBeing referred to as a 'scam artist' is not only concerning, but completely inaccurate. We take pride in how we conduct our business, and how our representatives are portraying our Company.
