When the customer was informed of the delivery date they asked that the order be cancelled which we immediately complied withOnce the order is cancelled the credit is immediately issued back to the credit card processor and the credit card company determines when the credit is issued back to the customer's cardWe have no control over when the customer's credit card company makes funds available.
