Our store policy for wholesalers are "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!" Which mean, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds. We would state this store policy to all the wholesalers prior to their first purchase. If they agree with the terms and conditions, we...

would then proceed with the sales.
The above "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!" policy also apply to us as a wholesalers from our suppliers as well.
We do not have a toy technician. If wholesalers customers do bring defective toys to our store. Our employees will gladly repair it to the best of their abilities.
We do exchange on some occasions.
We have even exchanged toys for the complainant on a couple of occasions as he being a valued customer for over a year!
After inspecting the items he brought, we have offered the customer an exchange for the items. But he just walked away!!

I am rejecting this response because: I did not see any respect from this business. I went to their store and showed them the defective products they have sold it to me. If the item is defective, they have to exchange it. " THERE IS NO EXCHANGES OR REFUND" This policy is not acceptable for defective products. As I provide the receipt does not have any company policy on it. The technician is the one who opened the cars, tested them, and saw that, they did not work. All this was done in front of the owner. They claim they don't have a technician, but in reality they do. I asked many times for an exchange, but they continuously refused.
Even though the item was defective the manager rejected to exchange it, that's why I left the store. If they had offered me an exchange I would have gladly accepted and I would have not brought this issue to Revdex.com.
