Review: I have been ordering the Smartcup french press lids since 2010 and have had no issues with SmartCup until this year. I placed an order for a pallet of lids which works out to 9680 lids. For our small company this is a large amount of money that we pay for these lids. This will have been the 5th pallet I have ordered in the last five years. I placed my order and it was invoiced to me on August 6, 2015. I was then told by SmartCup that the order would be shipped as soon as they received the money. I wired the money on August 10. I received an email from SmartCup that they received my money on August 11, 2015 and would get back to me soon on the shipping details. When I didn't get the shipping information after a few weeks I sent an email and no response. I also left messages on their voice mail occasionally asking for the shipping info. It wasn't until September 9th that I got a reply to one of my emails stating an apology and that they would get back to me the next day. That is the last I have heard from them and today is November 15. I have sent emails and left messages on their voice mail but still no response.Desired Settlement: I would like them to deliver the lids that I have paid for ASAP, or refund me the money I paid them. Either one will work.
