On 5/25/I contacted what I thought was support from Quickbooks Smartechies said they could help me convert my Quicken to Quickbooks, and this is the only thing I wanted done After 2+ hours on the phone with them and they taking over my computer to make this happen They kept pulling up my Quicken and saying this info was now in Quickbooks...it was never done and I later had Quickbooks try and find my Quicken info...they could not I told the VERY BELLIGERENT [Dave, I think] that I was not paying them $for doing nothing Since he had control of my computer, he deleted all my data and my Quicken info
