been dealing with them for a couple years now because I have little choice. Horrible service and technical difficulties all the time. Twice I have been told to restart my computer and could retain my spot, and wasn't the case (stupid me for believing a second time or thought the first person did something incorrect). Some of them know what they are doing and really good, but it's a 50/50 chance. and for $20-$25 a pop, working on a tight schedule, this isn't good odds.

Horrible service. Impossible to contact them, do not use them if you have any other options.

My experience with this company has been nothing but AWFUL. There was a scheduling conflict leading to me having to reschedule my exam, the option to reschedule had gone away, but my professor said I could still take it. She said that there was an opening at 11am but I just had to call them and schedule it. 5 hours later I missed that exam time because I had been going back and forth with customer service. I've have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. They were rude, unhelpful, and painfully slow to respond. They clearly don't understand the company well and don't actually listen to your complaints. And to top it all off, their customer service phone number (that I only found after begging one guy I messaged with to give me) went to an automated message to email them. Why even bother having a phone number if that's all it is.
