I am very unhappy with this company and here's whyI had a film installed by Smartfilms about years ago and I had someone scratch the film so I requested to have the film replaced more than a year agoWe had a conversation back and forth via email discussing design until January My reply to the email was never answered since January In September 2015, I had to email again to start this process againWhen we discuss the images of the film, the usual response I got was"instead of what you propose, how about this image?" I had to insist on the images that I want on the film instead of what they wanted on the filmI ended up getting the image myself and email it to them to print it on the filmOn October 8th 2015, I got a response saying that it can be installed "next week"Well, instead of film getting installed I got a quote for the job on October 16th and there was no responseI had to email Smartfilms again on October 27th to ask when they can install the filmAnd finally, I was told that it can be installed the "next week" again! Well, one week passed and I got an email saying that it can be installed "next week"! I was so excited to finally install the new film so I had my staff wait for the installer on November 9th 2015! Well, no one came and no one calledI had to send a final email saying that I would like to cancel the order because I am very frustrated with how Smartfilms does businessGuess what? I got a phone call within an hour saying that it can be installed the same day! Wow, cancelling the job seems to be the only way to get their attention! My office project maybe just a small project for Smartfilms but if Smartfilms have any good business ethic, they should treat everyone fairly regardless of the size of the projectDon't use this company for anything! There are other companies that will do your job faster! This is the worst company that I ever worked with and if you have any questions about their sub par service please contact me
